Refund and Returns Policy

CHANGES:

ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM MAZARINE JEWELRY MAY BE EXCHANGED, PROVIDED THAT THE CUSTOMER NOTIFIES MAZARINE JEWELRY OF ITS INTENTION TO RETURN THE PRODUCT(S) PURCHASED WITHIN A MAXIMUM PERIOD OF UP TO 30 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. AND THAT THE REST OF THE CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED IN THIS SECTION ARE MET.

MAZARINE JEWELRY WILL ONLY ACCEPT CHANGES THAT MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
-THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS DELIVERED.
-THE SHIPMENT MUST BE MADE USING THE SAME BOX OR BAG IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED TO PROTECT THE PRODUCT. SUPPOSE THE BOX OR BAG WHICH IT WAS DELIVERED CAN NOT BE DONE. IN THAT CASE, THE CUSTOMER MUST RETURN IT IN A PROTECTIVE BOX SO THAT THE PRODUCT ARRIVES AT THE MAZARINE JEWELRY WAREHOUSE WITH THE MAXIMUM POSSIBLE GUARANTEES.
-A COPY OF THE DELIVERY RECEIPT OR EMAIL PURCHASE CONFIRMATION MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE, ALSO MARKING THE PRODUCTS RETURNED AND THE REASON FOR RETURN.

CUSTOMER REFUNDS:
THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS WILL GIVE RISE TO A REFUND EQUAL TO THE COST OF THE RETURNED PRODUCTS. ONLY IF THE PRODUCT DELIVERED IS DEFECTIVE WILL MAZARINE JEWELRY ALSO REFUND THE CUSTOMER FOR THE CORRESPONDING SHIPPING COSTS. REFUNDS ARE MADE THROUGH THE SAME CARD HOLDER USED IN THE PURCHASE.
